Pick a base (several rices or greens), add your fish (a half dozen raw and several cooked options), then go crazy with the garnish vegetables & toppings (at least 20 different things, from seaweed to soybeans to cucumbers to carrots to cabbage to.) and sauces (8-10). Choose from a 2 protein (snack-size) 3 protein (regular) or 5 protein (large) bowl. I've frequented, the themes are 'fresh' and 'choice'. It was so good for dinner that I returned again the second night! On my recent 2 night visit to Long Beach, I happened upon this new-ish (opened mid-2018) poké spot along The Promenade on the first night.
